Return and Refund Policy

Providing our customers with flowers of the best possible quality is very important to us.  If you are not happy with the order, for any reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss how we may assist you.   If correct flower care has been undertaken (as per the instruction card included with each delivery) it is reasonable to expect the majority of the flowers in the arrangement to last at least five days before needing to be discarded. 

If you are not satisfied with the flowers, please use the Refund Request Form below or reply to the email received when placing the order. We require you to send us a clear photograph of the goods within three days of sending/receiving the order, so that we may accurately assess the situation. We will respond to your email within 48 hours of receipt. 

Please note that we do not accept returned items or allow for gift exchange unless the product is faulty.  Goods may not be returned in exchange for cash.

If we agree a refund is due, we will offer EITHER:

1. A replacement delivery of flowers to the same recipient/address (of equal value) at our cost;  OR
   
2. A refund to the same person/banking details as used in the purchase of the product.  Please note that we cannot process a refund to you if you are not the purchaser of the item/s, or if your name and/or contact information is not the same as the information provided to us when purchasing the flowers.
